Prompted by the signing of the Shelter Crisis Act (effective in January 2025), we were honored to host a delegation from the Marin County Board of Supervisors for an exclusive tour of the NESSEL V9 modular home. This visit, held in partnership with The LIME Foundation and its CEO, Letitia Hanke, showcased a powerful, scalable solution to the housing challenges facing our region. This collaborative effort demonstrates how cutting-edge technology, strong community non-profits, and local government leadership can work together to bring dignified, efficient, and affordable housing options to Marin County and beyond.
