The story highlighted how our “space capsule” affordable housing has expanded from Northern California to Starbase, Texas — just 1.8 miles from the SpaceX launch site. Thanks to the June ABC coverage, momentum has accelerated quickly:
- A land donation near SpaceX has secured our Texas presence, with development plans now underway.
- Under the California Shelter Crisis Act, our units are fully certified for 10 years of temporary use in disaster relief efforts.
- We are now awaiting final NTA approval, which will unlock our ability to provide true permanent housing solutions.
